-« Minnesota » is one of the most consmopolitan states in the USA and this is certainly a case of this one not being the others because « Minnesota » in America is not the place you are the most likely to see the global cultural and ethnic unity.It is estimated about 100.000 Minnnesotan are african immigrants, the 30.000 or so « Liberians » like « Somalis », but the « Liberians » starting settling in Miunnesota since the « 1990 »s.(during the fall of sergent Samuel Kanyon DOE) who ruled Liberia from 1980 to 1990!
-Down the line, one of the former Liberian refugees Mike Elliot became Mayor in « Minnesota » by a sheer perseverance, namely it’s a unprecedented success story indeed.
